You can add this application to your store by clicking 'Install' above. This will bring you to the Shipping Rates Widget page on the Shopify marketplace. Please make sure that you are signed-in to the correct account and click 'Add app'.

After the app has been added through Shopify marketplace, navigate to your account's admin page. On the left-hand side panel, select 'Apps'. Underneath the 'Installed Apps', select 'Shipping Rates Widget'.

You can enable the widget by navigating to the app (located on your admin page). The option to enable or disable the widget for your store is located under 'Widget Status' on the first page.

There could be multiple reasons for why the widget is not appearing on your store:

1) Make sure that the widget is set to 'Enabled' within the app.

2) If your placement is set to 'Manual', check to make sure the correct '<div>' is being used. You can also try 'Automatic' placement if you do not have a preference on widget placement.

3) If the widget is still not appearing on your store, please reach out to us at info@shippingrateswidget.com and we'll be happy to take a closer look.

Prices and shipping fares are brought in from Shopify. Our app does not alter the prices of shipping rates.

Within the app, scroll to the 'Widget Styles' panel. Select 'Customize'. On this page, you will be able to adjust the appearance of the widget such as font size, font color, padding etc.
